History
In "Technical: Illogical Technique" and "Technical: Inhuman", Velmera appears in the episodes title cards.
In "Technical: A Man In The Depth Of Hell", Bin witnesses Velmera eating Zuruki's corpse, leading to their fight. When Bin attempts to strike at Velmera, he throws a smoke bomb which didn't work, shocking him. He tries to attack Bin but he decapitates his head with his sword. Velmera was able to recover it because of his immortality ability. Bin changes his approach by dismembering all of his limbs and fleeing to an escape route he and Zuruki created prior to the encounter. After Velmera recovers all his limbs, he attempts to search for him but eventually gives up after not finding him. He goes back to the place where they fought to grab one of Bin's hairlines and relocate to a wooden house so he can put a curse on him, but Bin intervenes. He ignites the wooden house with napalm, burning the resources that Velmera needed for the curse. Bin taunts him and leaves the scene, leaving him with nothing. Velmera is furious with the outcome and swears vengeance.
Appearance
Velmera is a human female with wrinkly pale skin and black hair. Her sclerae is red and his pupils are black. For her outfit, she seems to be wearing a black witch hat, a black cloak, a gray suit, dark gray pants, and a pair of brown shoes.
Personality
She doesn't really show much personality, but some assumptions can be made.
Velmera is shown to be more aggressive, predator-like, and easily angered. With some examples being swearing vengeance, eating Zuruki's corpse, and trying to kill a mutant.
